How areproducts classified?


Color-coated coil has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be processed directly. The colors are generally divided into gray and white, sea blue and brick red. It is mainly used in advertising industry, construction industry, home appliance industry, electrical industry, furniture industry and transportation industry. The coatings used for color-coated coils choose suitable resins according to different application environments, such as polyester silicon-modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride, etc. Users can choose according to the purpose.


Speaking of the classification of pre-painted rolls, many friends only know the classification of tile type or thickness or color classification, but if it is more professional to talk about the classification of paint film coatings of pre-pressed pre-painted rolls, I guess a large number of friends will scratching my head.


There are four types of paint film coatings for press-type color-coated coils: ① polyester coating (PE) color-coated board; ② high-durability coating (HDP) color-coated board; ③ silicon-modified coating (SMP) color-coated board plate; ④ fluorocarbon coating (PVDF) Color-coated plate;


1. Ester coating (PE) color coated board


PE polyester color-coated sheet has good adhesion, rich colors, wide range in formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, and low cost. The advantage of PE polyester color-coated board is mainly the high cost performance, and it is recommended to use PE polyester color-coated board in a more friendly environment;


2. High weather resistance coating (HDP) color coated board;


HDP high-weather-resistant color-coated board has excellent color retention and anti-ultraviolet performance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance, good adhesion of paint film coating, rich colors, and excellent cost performance. The most suitable environment for high-weather-resistant HDP pressure-coated color-coated rolls is the harsh weather environment. For example, in areas with strong ultraviolet rays such as plateaus, we will recommend the use of HDP high-weather-resistant pressure-type color-coated rolls;


3. Silicon modified coating (SMP) color coated board;


The coating film of SMP silicon polyester color-coated board has good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance; and good external durability, chalking resistance, gloss retention, general flexibility and medium cost. The most suitable environment for SMP silicon-modified polyester pressure-coated color-coated rolls is the factory building with high temperature, such as steelmaking plants and other environments with high indoor temperature, it is generally recommended to use SMP silicon-modified polyester pressure-shaped color-coated rolls;


4. Fluorocarbon coating (PVDF) color-coated board;


PVDF fluorocarbon color-coated sheet has excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, dirt resistance, limited color, and high cost. PVDF profiled color-coated rolls have high corrosion resistance characteristics, and many factories with strong corrosive environments will choose PVDF profiled color-coated rolls, and there are often humid sea breezes on the beach that are more corrosive, and generally PVDF profiled color-coated rolls will be selected;


The basic characteristics of color steel plate


Color steel plate refers to color coated steel plate, which is a kind of steel plate with organic coating. Color steel plate is divided into veneer, color steel composite plate, floor bearing plate and so on. Widely used in walls and roofs of large public buildings, public workshops, prefabricated houses, and integrated houses.

1. Light weight: 10-14 kg/square meter, equivalent to 1/30 of a brick wall.


2. Thermal insulation: thermal conductivity of core material: λ<=0.041w/mk.

Specifications of color steel plate

2. The amount of zinc coating is 381g/m∧2, and the coating thickness is 5-25μm.


3. Rock wool board is widely used as the core material, and its main properties are as follows: bulk density 100-150kg/m∧3, thermal conductivity (W/m∧2 k) 0.032-0.040.


4. The working temperature is -268~700℃, and the fiber softening temperature is 900~1000℃.


5. The weight of the color steel coil is 10-14 kg/square, equivalent to 1/30 of the brick wall.

The appearance of the color plate produced by the cold-rolled substrate manufacturer is smooth and beautiful, and it has the machinability of the cold-rolled plate, but any small scratches on the surface of the coating will expose the cold-rolled substrate to the air, resulting in the rapid formation of red rust. on bare iron. Therefore, these products can only be used for less demanding temporary isolation measures and only as interior materials.

The product obtained by coating an organic coating on a hot-dip galvanizedis a hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet. In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the organic coating on the surface of the hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet also plays the role of isolation and anti-rust, and its service life is longer than that of the hot-dip galvanized sheet. The zinc content of the hot-dip galvanized substrate is generally 180 g/m2 (both sides). The zinc content of the hot-dip galvanized substrate for outdoor use is 275 g/m2.

On request, hot-dipped aluminum-zinc steel sheets are also available as color-coated substrates (55% Al-Zn and 5% Al-Zn).

The galvanized sheet is used as the bottom plate, the organic paint is baked, and the product is galvanized color-coated sheet. Due to the thin zinc layer of galvanized sheet, usually containing 20/20g/m2 of zinc, it is not suitable for the production of outdoor walls and roofs. However, due to its beautiful appearance and excellent processing performance, it is mainly used in household appliances, audio, steel furniture, interior decoration, etc.
