The market of fiber laser cutting machine in China is stepping into an involute game, more and more players are running in and price gets lower and lower. In the opinion of many oversea buyers, Chinese laser machines are almost the same, only difference is appearance and logo, because most of them use Max or Raycus laser generator, Cypcut controller, BLT/Raytools /Ospri cutting head, Yaskawa/Fuji/Delta/Innovance servo motor, Hanli or S&A chiller, but when talking about prices, it can be quite different, why? To answer this question, it will be a complicated, however, we can still conclude from 4 key points: Precision, Stability, Brand&marketing cost, User-friendly details. Today we are going to talk about the last factor: user-friendly details that make us different, even it’s a small change. The other factors will be explained in another blog.
Sparks are beautiful in laser processing, but at the same time, it’s dangerous to guide-rails, rack and pinion, chucks, especially to accordions, cables and pipes. We make extra cover to protect accordions, chucks and cables, and avoid customers’ lost of damage or burning.
Guide-rails might become loosen due to vibrations during long-time running, while all the changes emerge invisibly, in order to prevent this kind of flexibility, we installed extra fasteners to tight the guide-rail so as to keep the precision.
During transportation, the laser tube cutting machine might move aside which can lead to scratch or bump and hurt the metal cover, and when unloading the machine out from the container, it could be a challenge. We designed special wood pallet to hold the machine body against scratch and easy to unload by forklift.
