Customizable single-column palletizer

Single-column stacker is composed of accelerating belt, steering accumulation roller, box sorting table, tray, column, cross beam, stack feeder and conveying roller, which is suitable for stacking various packages such as cartons, plastic boxes and film bags. When working, the cartons filled with products are automatically stacked layer by layer on the pallet under the joint action of the single-column lifting mechanism and the box pushing mechanism according to the pre-designed arrangement, and after being stacked to a specified height, they are moved to the forklift by the roller conveying line and transported to the warehouse for storage. This machine adopts PLC+ touch screen control to realize automatic operation and management, which is simple and easy to operate, occupies small space, has high stacking efficiency, low failure rate and convenient maintenance.
