How to measure a cardboard box

All of our boxes are measured internally in length x width x height. This would be the longest side panel x the shortest side panel x the height of the box, remembering to use a tape measure inside, not outside the box.

You’d think it wouldn’t make much difference but you’d be amazed at the difference 5-15mm makes.

What’s the difference between a single and double wall box?

Strength. The thicker the box, the stronger it is.

Single Wall
